Call for papers
Sharing your research at ICDERS is an opportunity to present your work to the international scientific community and exchange with experts from around the world.
1. Full papers must be submitted using the provided Word or LaTeX templates via Microsoft platform.
2. Authors of accepted full papers will then be invited to submit an abstract via LiveScience.

Full papers must be submitted via the Microsoft CMT platform: Access the Microsoft CMT submission platform
A complete extended abstract must be submitted in the length and format intended for final publication in the 31st ICDERS electronic proceedings :
Format and submission requirements
- Full papers must be written in English.
- Extended abstracts must be at least 4 pages and no more than 6 pages long.
- Authors must use the official LaTeX template or the corresponding MS Word template to prepare their extended abstract (see above)
- The completed document must be converted to Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
- Extended abstracts must be submitted in PDF format only. LaTeX source files are not accepted.
- The PDF must be named after the first author as follows: firstauthorlastname-papernumber.pdf.
- The template margins and text area are set for A4 ISO paper size and must not be changed.
- Font sizes must not be changed.
- The position of the first line of the title must not be changed.
- If using pdflatex, authors may need to update their default LaTeX configuration to A4 paper size.
- Do not include a copyright statement in the extended abstract. A general copyright statement will be added by the editors to the ICDERS electronic proceedings.
- LaTeX typesetting is strongly encouraged.

Step #2 : Abstract submission
LiveScience will be the official ICDERS 2027 platform.
From March 2027, authors of accepted full papers will be invited to submit their abstract via LiveScience. Poster submissions will also open at this time.

Up on receipt of your deposit, a confirmation with an abstract number will be sent by email. Thank you to specify this abstract number in all our exchanges.
Please note that your abstract, and optionally your full paper PDF, will be included in the ICDERS programme upon acceptance and payment of the registration fee.
