Early bird registration (you can pay after this date)
To register for ICDERS 2027 (from October 15, 2026) you will need to create an account on the LiveScience platform and complete the registration form.
Full registration is achieved when payment has been received.
Please ensure that the email address used to register for the congress is the same as the one used for your account or for submitting an abstract.
On your dashboard, you can:
Register for the conference (main registration), add additional participants, pay by credit card or request a purchase order to pay by bank transfer etc.
Select addons activities : register to workshops, purchase a gala ticket, activities for social events, early career etc.
You may also choose to register for virtual participation (from April 2027) in the conference. This gives you access to all oral presentations.

Main registration to ICDERS 2027
Note that an administrative fee is applicable for each invoice (20 euros VAT included). All fees are inclusive of VAT (10% for Congress registration, 20% for Gala tickets)

*The Gala Dinner & Excursion are not included in the registration fees and are available for an additional €20 each.
**Student :The student registration rate applies to current full‑time students at the time of the conference.
*** Accompanying persons: Registered accompanying persons are entitled to attend the Welcome Reception on 18 July 2027, lunchs and coffee breaks. They will be able to access to the exhibition area, but they are not allowed to attend scientific sessions.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express - Stripe process. If you pay by credit card, you will receive an invoice
Bank transfer
If you ou need a purchase order, choice Bank Transfer. You will receive a proforma in order to create a purchase order with your administration.

Registration and cancellation policy
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to WildEvents by email at compta@wild.events
For any cancellation received before April 15th 2027: refund of fee minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (including French VAT)
For any cancellation received between April 15th and May 31st 2027 refund of 50% of the fee (including French VAT).
For any cancellation received after May 31st 2027: no refund
